Elaine Hong • Strategy

From bussing tables while attending NYU to bartending at prestigious venues like TAO Hollywood, Elaine’s 15+ year career in hospitality and marketing has spanned from fast food to Michelin-starred establishments; from corporate to boutique marketing agencies. With this combination of practical industry knowledge and hands-on experience, Elaine excels in transforming clients' visions into tangible wins. Her toolkit includes growth strategy, copywriting, public relations, digital marketing, and capturing moments behind her camera lens.

Kait Leonard • Production

With over ten years of experience in the culinary industry, Kait has worked in restaurants in California, Italy, and Northern Europe. She branched out into production in 2018—culinary producing and food styling on sets, along with recipe development and writing. Marketing and consulting became an extension of her work (in both the culinary and non-culinary realm) and she has collaborated with larger national brands, as well as small start-ups and individuals. She specializes in taking an intuitive approach to each project she works on, observing both the macro and micro elements that will bring an idea to fruition.
